The UV POLMAST PM T-UV-8PP Stabiliser is intended to be used for stabilisation of polyethylene package films.

POLMAST PM T-UV-8PP is a highest quality UV stabiliser. It uses the properties synergic combination of HALS with low and high molecular weight. This combination provides highest long term effectiveness against the harmful effects of light and heat.

POLMAST PM T-UV-8PP provides also long term resistance to extraction.

Recommended dosage:
* Film thickness - 150÷200μm:
o 1% - stabilisation for 1 year (the minimum dosage for approximately 8 months of exposure in the climate conditions prevailing in the Central Europe is approximately 0.7%)
o 1.5 - 2% - stabilisation for 2 years in the climate conditions prevailing in the Central Europe
* Film thickness 100μm:
o 1.5% - stabilisation for 1 year
o 2.5% - stabilisation for 2 years in the climate conditions prevailing in the Central Europe

The size of dosage depends on the thickness of the product, the type and the number of dying concentrates, the modifiers used in the plastic and climate conditions prevailing in the country, where it is to be exposed to sunlight.


Contact with food:
The product may be used to manufacture articles that will have contact with food.

Packaging:
The product comes in normalised 20 kg bags placed on pallets wrapped in stretch foil.
The weight of bags may vary, if requested by a Customer.

Storage:
Suggested storage period – 3 months
The product should be stores in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
